RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The “Headwear Rule” Due to hygiene concerns and the nature of headwear, all hat sales are generally considered final. We want you to be stoked on your gear, but we cannot restock hats that have been worn, sweated in, or altered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom Products: Custom patch hats made to order.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a final sale event or with a “Final Sale” code.
- Gift Cards: Unless required by law.
Vintage & Pre-Loved Items All vintage items are sold in “as-is” condition. By nature, these items have been previously worn and loved. We do our best to document any flaws, stains, or shaping issues in the photos and descriptions.
- Our Vintage Promise: Unlike most thrift finds, every vintage hat from Heat Stoke is deep-cleaned, sanitized, and professionally reshaped before it hits the site. We do our work to maintain the integrity of the piece. Some items are sold with visible life experience.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the issue. If a return is accepted due to a defect, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
