We build sustainable headwear to last, but the trail, chlorine, and your dashboard all take its toll. Here is our official repair and replacement policy:
1. The Patch-Up (Free Hat Repair) If a custom patch starts lifting or a vintage 5-panel needs structural reinforcement like a new snap back, ship it back to us. We will repair your hat free of charge. You cover the shipping to our shop; we cover the ride home.
2. The “Rest in Peace” Discount Sometimes, the mountain wins. If you have absolutely cooked your hat—un-repairable, dog-chewed, or campfire-melted—send us a photo of the wreckage. We will send you an exclusive discount code to help you secure your next Classic or 1-of-1 Legend cap.
3. The Fine Print (The Only Part We Take Seriously) Because our upcycled hats are uniquely sourced, we cannot replace a 1-of-1 item with the exact same piece. Furthermore, authentic vintage patina, fading, and stains are not manufacturing defects—they are trophies. We do not repair cosmetic character.
